Officially, according to Nintendo, the C is supposed to be capitalized, "GameCube", shouldn't that be used on this site? It is used on the headings on the page already. - MTC 19:29, 7 May 2005 (UTC)

  • Absolutely, if that is the official way of writing GameCube. Do you have a source you can cite for this?--tyagi 02:25, 8 May 2005 (UTC)
  • I've checked out the Nintendo site and MTC is right. I've moved the GameCube page to the new capitalisation and redirected the old one. Cheers. --tyagi 02:27, 8 May 2005 (UTC)
    • I did this without realising, but in the list of games on the page I changed a lot of Gamecube's to GameCube's, so I think a lot of pages might need moving. Sorry if that was a bad idea. :\ --Adam 23:47, 24 May 2005 (UTC)
      • Right, finally sorted it. Any game that reference to Gamecube, but didn't have a definition yet I changed to GameCube, games referencing Gamecube that do have definitions I didn't touch, as it'll take a bit longer to sort those pages out. --Adam
    • Re: GameCube vs Gamecube: The official way of writing GameCube can be found at: Nintendo's site, where it is written GameCube. As Xevious says, the logo is all capitalised, but when Nintendo writes GameCube in plain text for documentation or press releases, it is written with a capital G and capital C. -- tyagi 07:48, 25 May 2005 (UTC)
    • All the press releases I've got from NoE call it the NINTENDO GAMECUBE. It must just be a European thing.
  • Erm, the official Nintendo way of writing it is all in capitals! I've just looked in the manals I've got here and it's all in terms of "Gamecube" and not "GameCube". Still, for consistency, feel free to undo the few changes I made before I came across this page! Sorry! Xevious

I have added overview from Wikipedia and merged the Nintendo GameCube Technical Specification & Nintendo GameCube Physical Specifications into one headed titled Nintendo GameCube Specification. I also added Software library Section and moved Games section into that with 2 more section i created titled Key first-party titles & Approach to third-party developers. Junglist
