Help:Formats list

Each game page includes a list of formats on which a game is available.

(Note: some older entries for single format games may not include the correct template. See further instructions below)

For these games, click of "Formats" in the top right corner of the page. You will be taken to the editing page, which will include a list of formats in the form shown below:

The first platform name in each entry is in the shorter form; the last is in the longer form (see the formats list).

Older games

Some older games either do not have a formats page (where the game was released on only one format) or have a formats page at Template:Games/gametitle formats. In the latter case there will be a list of formats on the page already (accessible via editing the main page, and scrolling to the bottom to see included templates).

In the first case, you may create a formats page by simply clicking on the red "formats" link in the top right corner.

In the second case, please move the page from Template:Games/gametitle formats to Template:GameFormats/gametitle. Redirects should happen automatically.
