Gameplay
You play through an epic horror story and have to keep your own sanity at mind too. It includes a rune-based magic system, a real-time battle system and a sanity-meter. The more the sanity-meter drops, the more obscore the game becomes, luring you with tricks and such. the gameplay is mainly focused around fighting monsters and solving puzzles. Starting out, you play a girl who's grandfather has been killed in his own house in a mysterious way. She decides to stay in her grandfathers house and solve the murder puzzle, but is entailed into a much bigger adventure involving ancient creatures and grotesque monsters.

Trivia
The game is heavily inspired by the works of Edgar Allen Poe, as such can been seen in the poem showed when you boot the game. The poem is actually an excerpt of his famous poem "The Raven". The excerpt is as follows:
"Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, Wondering… Fearing…Doubting…”
