CERO

The Computer Entertainment Rating Organisation (CERO) is a body in Japan responsible for rating videogames, similar to PEGI in Europe and ESRB in the US. CERO was formed in October 2003, and is a voluntary system; not all games will carry a CERo rating, but its use is growing in popularity.
Ratings Explained
There are four CERO ratings, along with a number of content descriptors. The ratings carry no legal status.

| 12 | Game has been rated suitable for 12 years and older. |
| 15 | Game has been rated suitable for 15 years and older. |
| 18 | Game has been rated suitable for 18 years and older. |
